Andrew Marr super-injunction . Does the UK press/political system cause such actions?

Andrew Marr is a hypocrite as we know he's only put his hands up because of Ian Hislop's tenacity.Like Hal I don't waste my money on rubbish like the News of the World or indeed any others of the same journalistic integrity as they are just muck rakers in the main. Parliament is supposed to make the Law, judges are merely the interpreters and administrators or should be. They have got above themselves like the one who went off on holiday and now wants cases referred to him by phone or presumably the internet.
