What should i do with my hair?

my natural hair is thin, wavy/curly, a kind of dirty blonde, and goes down to about my chin. i have an ovalish face, paleish skin, a longish pointy nose, and green-blue eyes. whay should i do with my hair?!?!?! i have no ideas, since my hair is so short. i also dont know what will look good with my face shape. help! i dont think my mum will let me dye my hair, but ya never know.
