How do i get rid of my pointy chin,the jaws not the one making it pointy its the fat on my chin. HELP!?

My chin looks pointy. my jaw isnt pointed out there is just alot of fat on my chin which makes it look pointy? how do i get rid of that fat? pleaase help..... & also how do i get rid of my long face? pleease pleese pleease anwser, i get pickeed on for my chin i need help!
